1. Data Collection
We only collect data necessary for the service: store domain, merchant email (via Shopify API), and product technical data for AGEC score calculation.
2. Data Use
Your data is never sold to third parties. It is used exclusively to: generate environmental scores, provide customer support, and manage your subscription.
3. Cookies and Tracking
The application uses no advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site audience anonymously. This tool does not set any cookies and does not allow tracking of an individual user.
4. Your Rights (GDPR)
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.
Deletion requests are processed automatically within 48 hours via Shopify's official webhooks (customers/redact, shop/redact). Data access requests are also handled within this timeframe via the customers/data_request webhook.
